Why Pour Over?

When using the pour over method you are in control. The pour over style and temperature of your water are two important factors that can affect your cup of coffee.

The slow pouring technique along with the right water temperature (recommended 205°F) helps to extract the flavors and oils from the coffee grounds. With that said, this method is able to enhance the properties of our coffee brewing a richer, cleaner and better tasting cup.
